Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea, and delivered to Lebanon.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery time: Standard delivery to Lebanon takes 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping is $6.00. Free shipping is available on all orders over $60.

Customs and duties: Orders shipped to Lebanon may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Harue is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@harue.co and we will investigate.
